BOISE — The Idaho Women’s March is on Friday, January 18 in Boise from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Idaho State Capitol Building in downtown Boise.
They will hear from female leaders who stand for equality, tolerance and the empowerment of women. In recognition of the 100th anniversary of women being given the right to vote and due to this upcoming election year, they will be promoting getting out to vote. The event is free and open to the public.
Fort Hall Business Council’s Donna Thompson is an invited speaker on behalf of the Tribes.
