FORT HALL — Shoshone-Bannock Tribes Gaming per capita distribution is Monday, December 3 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Tribal Business Center Dome Room when each enrolled member will receive a Gaming Per Capita payment of $1,100 and each minor 17 years of age and under will receive $550 with the remaining amount to the Children’s Trust fund.
School age children will not be allowed to pick up their checks until 1:30 p.m. No exceptions.
Tribal officials are encouraging the tribal membership to sign up for direct deposit.
If you currently have direct deposit and need to make changes or closures, please notify the Finance office. In order to receive a direct deposit, you must complete a direct deposit form and submit to the Finance office however the deadline has passed for the December 3 distribution.
Please include all supporting documents such as bank statement or voided check. For minors, please make sure supporting documentation from bank institutions reflects the minor’s name and that the minor has own account.
Both adult and minor direct deposit forms, federal tax withheld forms and minor agreement forms are on the Tribes internal and external website sbtribes.com
The Tribal Enrollment department is closed November 29. There will be a slight delay in per capita for those tribal members that did not update their physical address at Enrollment. A total of 1,380 did not update their physical address.
