Shoshone-Bannock Indian Festival Powwow grand entry on Friday, August 12 in Fort Hall.
FORT HALL — Shoshone-Bannock Festival powwow coordinator Dustina Abrahamson wants to thank Festival Coordinator Leah Pandoah for trusting her to coordinate the Festival Powwow after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.
She expresses gratitude to her powwow committee, Native Precision, LLC, Dineh Designs, Bear Sound Systems, the ARM Program, Canyon Falls Farms, Public Works dept. crew, and the numerous volunteers that were there to help, this would not have happened without you all. Also, a big thank you to all the visitors, the dancers and singing participants that choose to attend our event. Each and every one of you has helped make this year’s Powwow a great one! This could not have been achieved without you all, she said. Dustina wishes many blessings and good thoughts to each and every one of you.
