FORT HALL — The Fort Hall Police are investigating the theft of a Shoshone-Bannock Jr./Sr. High School bus that was found stuck near the Cedars west of Rio Vista Road November 27.
Fort Hall Police Chief Pat Teton said FHPD dispatch received a call around 5:44 a.m. from a bus driver stating one of the busses was stolen. Officers began a search for the bus and located it on Cedar Butte Road and Rio Vista Road. The bus was stuck in a field.

School officials said it was vandalized. The windshield was broken and various other things inside the bus were broken.
Chief Teton said it’s an ongoing investigation.
